How it works
Four simple steps
Tell us about your association
Use the form below. Share the association name, what you have today and what you would like the site to cover.
We prepare a draft
We organize your information into a clear site and share a draft for the board or manager to review.
Review and launch
After you approve it, the site goes live on your association’s domain.
We keep it current
When something changes, email us and we update the site.
Our approach
Straightforward by design
No clutter and no surprises: just the information people come to an association website for, presented carefully.
- We manage the website, not the association. Your board and management company keep running the association. We take care of the site.
- One place to send changes. Email info@flhoa.org with an update and we handle the rest.
- Accurate by default. We publish what the association provides and ask when something is unclear.
- Fast and accessible. Pages are built to load quickly, read well on phones and work with screen readers.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you manage our association?
No. We build and manage the association’s website only. The board and your management company continue to run the association.
Who can send updates?
Whoever the association designates, such as a board member or the community manager. Updates can be sent by email to info@flhoa.org.
Can you use our existing domain?
Yes. If the association already owns a domain, we can connect the new site to it. If not, we can help you choose and set one up.
Does a website cover Florida’s document posting requirements?
Florida law requires some associations to post certain documents online. We can post the documents your association provides, but deciding what must be posted and confirming compliance is up to the association and its attorney or manager.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the site and how often it changes. Tell us about your association and we will reply with details.
How do we get started?
Send a message using the form below, or email info@flhoa.org.
